RETURN REQUEST AND AUTHORIZATION

We offer our customers the possibility of returns if for any reason they are not satisfied with the purchase.

The return request must be made within 14 days from the receipt of the parcel, by writing to customerservice@singolare.it or by clicking on the appropriate Return function in your account, to obtain a Return Authorization that we will send in a reply email as soon as possible.

We may need to ask the customer for more details regarding the return request in order to confirm it and provide our instructions for proceeding.

The return shipment must be sent as soon as possible, while any return that reaches us without being duly authorized first will be rejected.


CARE OF THE ITEM

We inform customers that it is essential not to remove our SINGOLARE logo label from the products intended for return, which must remain attached to the original brand label. If a product is returned with any missing or damaged label or tag, the return may be denied for lack of proof that it has not been used or that it is the original item we sent.

Obviously, all items must be returned in perfect condition, complete with the original accessories sent with it (packaging, hanger, bag, box, etc.). The absence of any of these parts of the product may result in a lower refund/credit than expected, since we need the item to be in the same condition as when we shipped it.

It is also recommended to take care that the product is well folded and boxed/bagged in a suitable packaging that respects its shape.

Since the item must not have been worn (except for fitting), we expect to receive it without any bad odors or other fragrances, clean but unwashed. Any additional cost necessary to restore the product to its original appearance/scent, due to non-compliance with these common sense rules, will be demonstrated and charged to the customer.

For all these reasons, we reserve the right to confirm the return and the related refund/credit based on the condition in which we receive the item.

In any case, the customer will always receive a confirmation message regarding the success of the return and the subsequent steps.


RETURN OPTIONS

After confirming the return, the customer can choose between 3 options for compensating the returned value.

Exchange: Items can be preferably replaced with another size or color of the same model, if available, or even with another product chosen from the entire online catalog.

In the latter case, an exchange with an item of much lower price is not allowed, so we ask you to choose one or more products to reach a similar or higher value than the one returned. Any price difference will then be handled with the same payment method as the original order.

We only allow one exchange procedure per purchase so make sure of the item chosen for replacement because it will be final.

In case of exchange, we offer the shipment of the new size or chosen item and this will be sent as soon as the return is received, checked, and confirmed.

Store Credit: The customer can choose to return one or more items in exchange for Store Credit. This works like a personal discount code for the value of the returned item and, once issued, it is automatically shown on the Cart page after logging in with your account so that it can be used in the next purchase.

Although the Store Credit does not have a real expiration date after a certain period, it is considered usable within the current season.

We will issue the Store Credit by notifying the customer as soon as the return is received, checked, and confirmed.

Refund: The customer can choose to return the item and request a refund of the amount paid. This will be issued through the same original payment method in accordance with the relevant conditions and processing times.

For orders paid by Credit Card, the refunded amount will be available to the customer in the next statement. The processing time may vary depending on the card company. Orders paid by Paypal or Bank Transfer can only be refunded to the same original account.

At the moment, refunds are not available for orders paid by Cash on Delivery, in which case we can only offer an Exchange or Credit in compensation for the returned value.

Refunds are issued in the same currency as the initial payment. Any differences in the refunded amount are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be taken into consideration, nor can Singolare be held responsible for them.

We will issue the Refund by notifying the customer as soon as the return is received, checked, and confirmed.

PLEASE NOTE: all returns with a refund request always incur return shipping costs borne by the customer.


TERMS AND COSTS

- Free return from Italy in case of Exchange or Store Credit requests, and only for products purchased at less than 30% discount.

- Return shipping at customer side from all other countries and from Italy for items purchased at more than 30% discount, or with a refund request.

In both cases, in our return authorization email, we will agree whether to use our courier and the related cost, or to let the customer arrange everything with a service of their choice, adding all the necessary instructions.

At the moment, we cannot accept returns of perfumes and any other type of fragrance, as well as lifestyle items or other objects whose use cannot be materially verified. For this reason, we invite our customers to be aware that for these types of items, all purchases are considered final.


FINAL SALE PRODUCT RETURNS

All products purchased at 60% discount or more cannot be returned for a refund but only for an exchange or store credit, with return shipping costs borne by the customer.

An exception to this clause can be requested exclusively before making such a purchase, by writing to customerservice@singolare.it to agree on a special condition.

Our customer service will always maintain a friendly approach to these requests in order to find the best solution for both parties; however, we strongly encourage our customers to ask for any necessary information regarding fit and measurements before purchasing a product at 60% or more discount, being aware of this policy.



By completing the purchase, the customer fully accepts our Returns Policy as outlined above.
