Payments

We accept all the most common payment methods, including:

- Credit Cards

- Paypal

- Scalapay

- Apple Pay

- Bank Wire Transfer

- Cash on Delivery (Italy only)

We handle all Credit Card payments directly through our checkout systems (Paypal, Payplug and equivalent), ensuring this way the highest safety and protection on transactions, beside an easy and fast procedure. We accept cards from most common circuits such as Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Aura, Discover.

For Bank Transfer payment just follow the instructions you can see on the order confirmation message you'll receive after the purchase. We will reserve the items purchased only upon sending of payment proof to our email customerservice@singolare.it.
Lack of this proof the goods are meant to be regularly available at sale, with the risk that other customers buy them with no responsibilities on singolare.it side.
Once the transfer is confirmed by our bank system we will proceed with shipping the order. This will usually take 1-2 business days for Italy and up to 5 business days for abroad, unless the customer uses an Instant Transfer option which is confirmed in few minutes.

Paypal is one of the most common and safe payment system worldwide accepted. When paying with this method, we invite customers to pay a special attention to the delivery address provided in the Paypal form (to select during the payment itself), as this will be the one picked for our shipment in case of any difference with the address provided at the checkout on our site.
Orders paid with Paypal are promptly processed and shipped the same day or within 24hrs at latest.

Cash on Delivery is available for orders up to 999€ and for shipment to Italy only.
Please Note: In case of return for an order paid in COD, the refund option will be not possible yet change or store credit only.
